Added Asset Learning for unmapped exchange assets
You will now have a reduced risk of failed transactions when sending an asset to an exchange for which Fireblocks has not yet verified to support that asset. Asset Learning allows you to automatically add asset support for a specific exchange without Fireblocks Support. Learn more in this article.

Added support for NEAR staking

You can now access Ethereum’s new Sepolia testnet, which replaces old Ethereum testnets that are being discontinued. The testnet ID is ETH_TEST5.

Added support for Aurora

Added Contract Call Decoding
You can now view more context for contract call transactions on EVM Blockchains in your transaction details. Fireblocks scrapes the ABIs of different contracts and use them to decode contract calls to show you the actual methods and parameters that are being passed to the contract for security and visibility. Added ByBit exchange integration

Added Independent Reserve exchange integration

Added Multi-asset withdrawals from Binance BUSD balances
You can now withdraw USDC, USDP, and TUSD from BUSD Binance balances. This capability was added in response to Binance’s recent decision to convert some stablecoins to BUSD. Learn more about Binance’s announcement here.

Added Self-Serve ERC-20 listing in the Fireblocks Console
You can now add support for new ERC-20 tokens (ETH, BNB, AVAX, and other EVMs) directly from your Fireblocks Console without waiting on Customer Support. When you search for an unsupported ERC-20 token on the Add Asset Wallet window, an option now appears to add support for the unlisted token. Learn more about listing ERC-20 tokens.

You can now access API-related content including API and SDK documentation, getting started guides, SDK quickstart guides, and How-to tutorials from this new website. The API docs site docs.fireblocks.com will continue to be updated in the near future. The Fireblocks Developer Portal URL is http://developers.fireblocks.com.
Added WalletConnect desktop listing
You can now connect to WalletConnect dApps without using your mobile app. When you connect your wallet for the first time from a dApp's website, you can now choose Desktop instead of QR code as your connection method in order to use WalletConnect desktop listing.
Added support for Solana staking
You can now stake your Solana using our Solana staking SDK. The SDK allows you to stake through Fireblocks and delegate SOL to Figment, our validator provider partner. For more information, refer to the Staking SOL article.
Added support for MATIC staking
You can now stake your MATIC using our MATIC staking SDK. The SDK allows you to stake through Fireblocks and delegate MATIC on the Ethereum blockchain to Figment, our validator provider partner. For more information, refer to the Staking MATIC article.
Added support for ATOM
You can now store Cosmos Hub's ATOM tokens in your Fireblocks Vault and transfer them to and from exchanges, Fireblocks Network connections, and other venues. Before you begin using ATOM, make sure to update your Fireblocks mobile app to the latest version.
Improved Asset Representation in the Fireblocks Console
You can now hover your mouse over any token in your Fireblocks Vault and a popup will appear with the token’s contract address. The address can be copied in order to compare it with other sources.

Added support for withdrawals of Circle’s EUROC stablecoin
You can now withdraw EUROC stablecoin tokens from Circle to your Fireblocks Vault and transfer them to and from exchanges, Fireblocks Network connections, and other venues.
Added a Web3 Access tab to the Fireblocks Console
If your workspace had the DeFi Apps tab enabled by July 2022, it has been updated to a new Web3 Access tab in the Fireblocks Console. With this new tab:
- You can now see all dApps that are connected to your workspace through WalletConnect, beyond just those you connected through your user account.
- You will now see WalletConnect events in your Audit Log.
- You now have access to an upgraded MetaMask-compatible Fireblocks Chrome Extension. Our new extension:
- Connects through WalletConnect. Therefore it supports dApps built on non-EVM blockchains.
- Is fully self-service. You can download it and connect without the Fireblocks Support team.
If you are an existing customer who will add Web3 access in the future, we are gradually rolling out the Web3 Access tab in the coming weeks to customers who do not already have the DeFi Apps tab.
Updated the Fireblocks mobile app icon for iOS and Android
We changed the design of the Fireblocks mobile app icon to a lighter shade of blue. This is just a cosmetic change; there is no change to the app’s functionality.
Added delete and re-enroll options under user statuses
Admin users can now delete and re-enroll users in the Fireblocks Console using these options:
- Delete is available under all user statuses.
- Re-enroll is available for all statuses except pending approval, activation, and device pairing.
Added new Settings and Help buttons to the Fireblocks Console header
The new Settings and Help buttons are located to the left of your account avatar in the top right corner of the console.
- The Settings button allows you to access the console’s Settings page with a single click. Note that you must have the appropriate workspace permissions to access the Settings page.
- The Help button allows you to submit a request to Fireblocks Support or access the Help Center with a single click.
Added whitelisting for smart contract addresses
You can now whitelist an address as a smart contract in your Fireblocks Console. The “Contract” address type uses the same whitelisting mechanism as “Internal” and External” addresses. Your Transaction Authorization Policy (TAP) rules can now be set with “any whitelisted contract” as the destination. Learn more about whitelisting smart contract addresses.
Added support for Coinbase’s new asset model
You can now withdraw USDC from your USD balance in your Coinbase account on Fireblocks. Learn more about the new asset model on Coinbase.
Added Coinbase Exchange integration
You can now integrate your Coinbase Exchange account with your Fireblocks workspace. Coinbase Exchange is a business-facing solution by Coinbase. Coinbase Pro users are being migrated to either Coinbase Exchange or Coinbase Prime.
Resolved exchange API Key setup issue
When adding an exchange integration, your default API Key and API Secret no longer default to your Fireblocks Console email and password.
Added an OTP secret requirement for FTX Accounts
You now have to use OTP secret authentication to add an FTX or FTX.US account. This is a new requirement from FTX.
Added support for more stablecoins when using FTX exchange
You can now store and transfer BUSD, HUSD, USDP, and TUSD stablecoins in your FTX exchange account (in addition to existing USDC support for FTX). FTX uses a model where all of these assets are aggregated under a unified USDC balance (similar to the new model from Coinbase).
Improved the stability of Chainalysis asset screening
We improved the stability when screening assets as part of your Chainalysis integration. We also clarified the exact assets that we support with this integration, which additional assets can be added per request, and some known limitations. For more information, see “What assets are supported as part of the Chainalysis integration” in the attached article.

Added support for NEAR
You can now store NEAR tokens in your Fireblocks Vault and transfer them to and from exchanges, Fireblocks Network connections, and other venues. Before you begin using NEAR, make sure to update your Fireblocks mobile app to the latest version.
Added support for Circle’s EUROC stablecoin
You can now store Circle’s EUROC stablecoin tokens in your Fireblocks Vault and transfer them to and from exchanges, Fireblocks Network connections, and other venues. However, participants in the Fireblocks Circle beta program can’t yet withdraw EUROC from Circle.
Added a new NFT SDK
You can now manage your NFTs easily via API with Fireblocks’ NFT SDK. Transfer and mint ERC-721, ERC-1155 or any custom NFT standard you use. Access it through the Fireblocks’ Github public repository.
Integrated with Tokeny for end-to-end tokenization and permissioned tokens
You can now use Fireblocks’ white-labeled Tokeny permissioned token and smart contract creation technology to tokenize stablecoins and financial assets. You can create KYC-enabled smart contracts and mint, issue, store, and service investors through advanced dashboards. Learn more about tokenization using Tokeny.
Added emails for large transaction data exports
You can now download large transaction data files without disrupting your console use. Large data exports for transaction logs now come to you by email instead of downloading in your browser. The emailed file links expire in 7 days.
Added new transaction substatuses for failed or rejected transactions
We added new substatuses for transactions that are complete on the blockchain but fail or get rejected by a third-party platform, such as an exchange or fiat service. This helps prevent accidental resubmissions of transactions and the potential double-spending of funds.
The status and sub-status appear as follows:
- Parent status: COMPLETED
- Substatuses: COMPLETED_BUT_3RD_PARTY_FAILED or COMPLETED_BUT_3RD_PARTY_REJECTED
Updated Paxos exchange integration for Travel Rule compliance
You will no longer be able to transfer from your Paxos exchange account to a one-time address due to Paxos’ recent adoption of the Travel Rule. Attempts to transfer to a one-time address will be rejected with a related message.
Updated Bitstamp exchange integration with additional Silvergate address
We added a new Silvergate deposit address for Bitstamp due to their addition of a new legal entity.

Added support for Evmos
You can now store Evmos (EVMOS) tokens in your Fireblocks Vault and transfer them to and from exchanges, Fireblocks Network connections, and other venues. Before you begin using Evmos, make sure to update your Fireblocks mobile app to the latest version.
Note that we support only EVM-based transactions.

Added a new exchange conversion API
You can now use the /exchange_accounts/[exchange account ID]/convert

Added support for Tron
You can now store Tronix (TRX) and TRC-20 tokens in your Fireblocks Vault and transfer them to and from exchanges, Fireblocks Network connections, and other venues. Before you begin using Tron, make sure to update your Fireblocks mobile app to the latest version.
Added support for Velas
You can now store Velas (VLX) tokens in your Fireblocks Vault and transfer them to and from exchanges, Fireblocks Network connections, and other venues. Before you begin using Velas, make sure to update your Fireblocks mobile app to the latest version.
Added support for DeFi on Terra
You can now use DeFi apps built on Terra, such as top staking and swapping apps like Anchor, Lido, and Astroport, through your Fireblocks WalletConnect integration. Contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss gaining access to DeFi on Terra.
Added customer-dedicated digital asset insurance
You can now access insurance up to $360,000,000 USD per customer through Marsh, the Fireblocks insurance broker partner. This insurance covers the loss of digital assets due to internal employee collusion and the physical damage or destruction of private keys. Additional coverage can be arranged through Marsh if required.
Added new filters to the Transaction History page
You can now filter your workspace’s Transaction History using the One Time Address, TX Hash, and Destination Address options.
Added emailing of large Transaction History logs
Now, when you request to download a Transaction History log, large log files will be sent to your email address to help improve work continuity. The emailed download links expire in 7 days.
Added the /vault/accounts_paged API command for faster API responses
The new /vault/accounts_paged
API command returns a <page size> of vault accounts for a quick and predictable response time. Fireblocks recommends using this command instead of /vault/accounts
. The /vault/accounts
command will remain active for existing workspaces, but workspaces created in late May and onward will not be able to call /vault/accounts
.

Additionally, both commands continue to have the filters for minimum total amount, name prefix, or name suffix.
Added two statuses to the user onboarding workflow
The new statuses are:
- Pending Owner MPC Key Approval: This status indicates the specified user is waiting for the workspace Owner to approve their MPC key shares before they can continue the onboarding process.
- Pending MPC Setup By User: This status indicates the specified user must complete their MPC key share generation before they can continue the onboarding process.
Removed the ability to give the same name to multiple venues of the same type
You can no longer give the same name to multiple venues of the same type, such as vault accounts, whitelisted wallets, exchange accounts, and fiat accounts. This change applies to both the Fireblocks console and the Fireblocks API.

Added audit log events to the Notification Center
You can now configure the Notification Center to send email, Slack, and webhook notifications about audit log events in your workspace. For more information, refer to the Notification Center and Notification categories and events articles.
Added ADA staking to the Blockdaemon integration
You can now stake Cardano (ADA) tokens using the Fireblocks API through your Blockdaemon integration.

Enhanced the workflow to add an API user
The new Pending Setup status replaces the Pending device pairing status for API users after they have been approved. In addition, we added an animation to the status that, when selected, reveals the API key, the pairing token, and links to the Fireblocks Help Center articles about adding new API users and setting up new Intel SGX machines.
Added automatic staking and participation rewards management for ALGO
When added to your workspace, Algorand (ALGO) tokens are now automatically staked. No additional staking partner or action is needed. In addition, you can view your ALGO participation rewards by hovering your cursor over your ALGO balance or in your Transaction History.
Added support for Chiliz
You can now store fan tokens built on Chiliz in your Fireblocks Vault and transfer them to and from exchanges, Fireblocks Network connections, and other venues. Before you begin using Chiliz, make sure to update your Fireblocks mobile app to the latest version.

- Aave Arc market is live: Fireblocks Permissioned DeFi with Aave Arc is live. Aave Arc is the first permissioned DeFi market, with whitelisting and ongoing AML by Fireblocks LLC. You can supply, borrow or liquidate in Aave Arc after KYC/onboarding by Fireblocks. Contact your Customer Success Manager to learn more.
- Algorand ASA Tokens support: You can now store ASA tokens in your Fireblocks Vault and transfer them to and from exchanges, Network connections, and other venues. To begin using ASA tokens, please make sure your mobile app is updated to the latest version.
- Cancel events from the UI: You can now cancel events directly from your workspace.
- Exchange Account Sorting in the UI: When connecting to exchanges in your workspace, the “Connect Exchange Account” list is now presented alphabetically for more intuitive scrolling.
- FTX.US Exchange Integration: FTX.US is the newest Fireblocks Network integrated exchange. You can now deposit and withdraw assets from FTX.US from your Exchanges tab.
- Kusama Support, with staking: Polkadot's canary network. You can now store KSM tokens in your Fireblocks Vault and transfer them to and from exchanges, Network connections, and other venues. You can also stake KSM via the Fireblocks API through Blockdaemon. To begin using KSM, make sure your mobile app is updated to the latest version.
- Platform Experience Improvements: You will now have a better experience inputting data into fields in your workspace: new “x” in search bars, auto-focus on the first field of modals, and keyboard input capability.
- Refresh Balance via API: You can now update the balance of a specific asset in a vault account via API. This endpoint is limited to 10 calls per minute. Learn more about this endpoint.
- Ronin Support: You can now store RON tokens in your Fireblocks Vault and transfer them to and from exchanges, Network connections, and other venues. To begin using Ronin, make sure your mobile app is updated to the latest version.
- Solana SPL Tokens Support: You can now store SPL tokens in your Fireblocks Vault and transfer them to and from exchanges, Network connections, and other venues. To begin using SPL tokens, make sure your mobile app is updated to the latest version. Note that Solana DeFi is not yet supported but will be added in Q3 or sooner.
