Overview
The Recent activity panel (formerly Active Transfers panel) and the Transaction History page allow you to track the progress of your transactions.
Recent Activity panel
The Recent activity panel shows all pending, ongoing, and recently completed transactions.
Note that vault accounts can be hidden from the Fireblocks Console using the Fireblocks API so that these transactions do not appear in the Recent activity panel. This may be helpful when working with Fireblocks at scale.
Basic info
Basic transaction information appears for each active transfer.
- Source: The source account appears on the left. If the account is in your Vault, select it to go to that account.
- Destination: The destination account appears on the right. If the account is in your Vault, select it to go to that account.
- Asset value: The net transfer amount. This amount may differ from the amount you were shown when creating the transaction if you used the gross fee amount when estimating fees.

Transfer Directions:
- Incoming: Transfer from an external source to your Fireblocks workspace.
- Outgoing: Transfer from your Fireblocks workspace to an external destination.
- Rebalancing: Transfer between addresses in your workspace.
- Time: The time of the most recent status change.

Status: The status of the transaction. Hover over the status to view the transaction substatus and additional information about the transaction. This may include which users have not yet approved or signed the transaction, why the transaction failed, third-party responses, and steps you can take to resolve stuck or failed transactions.
- Yellow: The transaction is pending on Fireblocks.
- Blue: The transaction is pending outside of Fireblocks.
- Red: There is an error completing the transaction.
-
Green: The transaction is complete.

Filtering transfers on the panel
You can filter the transactions on the Recent activity panel using the options at the top of the panel. The number of transfers currently visible appears in the heading. You can also search for transactions using the search bar.
The filter options available in the Recent activity panel are:
- Direction: Incoming, outgoing, or rebalancing.
- Venue: Vault accounts, exchange accounts, whitelisted addresses, network connections, or fiat accounts. You can search for a specific venue by selecting the Venue filter and using the search bar.
- Asset: Any available token. You can also search for a specific asset by selecting the Asset filter and using the search bar.
- Status: Submitted, pending, in-transit, completed, or failed.

Filter the transactions in the Recent activity panel by following these steps:
- Select a filter at the top of the panel. A menu appears with the available options for your selected filter. The number of transfers applicable to each option appears on the right.
- Select the options you want to use to filter transfers.
- Select Close to see your results. Your filter selections remain visible at the top of the panel until they are cleared.
Select Dismiss all final transactions to remove completed and failed transactions from the Recent activity panel.
Transaction History page
The Transaction History page allows you to view, filter, and export all past and present transactions associated with your Fireblocks workspace.
Different transactions may contain different information. Depending on the transaction type, source, destination, network, and more, the additional details on the Transaction History page will vary accordingly. For example, there are differences in fees between networks and differences in address identifiers (tags and memos).
Exporting transaction history
Select Download Log to download the transaction history as a .csv file to your computer. If you have applied filters to the transaction history, the button reads Download Filtered Log. Select Download Filtered Log > Download Filtered View to download a .csv file with all available details in the filtered transaction history.
Filtering transaction history
Select Filter in the top right corner of the page to apply filters to your transaction history. To clear all currently applied filters, select Clear Filters and then Submit.
Filter limitations
If you select Refresh while more than one filter is applied, the first page of the results does not accurately apply the filters. To view the correctly filtered list, clear the applied filters and then re-apply the filters you want to use.
Blockchain status warning
The Recent activity panel highlights irregular blockchain activity when any listed assets are affected.
There are two status notifications:
- Network warning - The blockchain network performance is degraded, and transactions are taking a long time to process. Incoming transactions may be delayed or not appear. Outgoing transactions may take longer than expected.
- Network blocked - The blockchain network is down and transactions are not processing currently.
The Recent activity panel displays a warning for all current issues for blockchains with at least one displayed transaction.
