Overview

By connecting your Independent Reserve account to Fireblocks, you can:

• View your assets and balances in your Independent Reserve main account, transfer assets to and from any available location, and track transaction statuses in the Fireblocks Console.
• Use your Fireblocks Transaction History as a unified auditing layer for all transactions.
• Use the Fireblocks API as a single API syntax for cross-exchange balance checks and transfers.
• Transfer funds between your Independent Reserve account and Fireblocks vault accounts, whitelisted addresses, Fireblocks P2P Network connections, and other integrated exchange accounts.
• Use the Fireblocks Policy engine to control how transactions are approved within your workspace.

Configuring your Independent Reserve account

To configure your Independent Reserve account to connect to Fireblocks:

1. Refer to the Independent Reserve.com API Documentation to learn how to generate an API key.
2. When prompted to do so, under API Key Description, name your new API Key “Fireblocks.”
3. Enable the Full Access option for the Level of Access.
4. Copy and keep a record of both the API Key and API Secret. You will need them when adding this exchange to your workspace.
5. Optionally, whitelist the IP address: 52.76.208.129

Configuring Fireblocks

1. In the Fireblocks Console, go to Accounts > Connected accounts.
2. Select + Connect Account.
3. Select Independent Reserve, and then complete the following fields:
   1. Name on Fireblocks: Enter the name you want to give this exchange account on Fireblocks.
   2. API Key: Enter the API key that you saved from Independent Reserve.
   3. API Secret: Enter the Secret key that you saved from Independent Reserve.
   4. Select Connect Account.

The Admin Quorum must approve the new account to make it available for new transfers from your workspace.

Your Independent Reserve account appears on the Exchanges page along with all managed assets and their balances. Following Admin Quorum approval, transfers are available from your vault accounts, whitelisted addresses, Fireblocks P2P Network connections, and other connected exchange accounts to your Independent Reserve account.
