Scheduled reports run a console report on a recurring schedule and deliver it to the people you choose, so nobody exports it by hand. Set up the report, cadence, and recipients once, and Fireblocks generates and delivers the report on its own from then on. Each run sends every recipient an email with a download link and an in-app notification in the Fireblocks Console.
Reports you can schedule
You can schedule the following reports:
- Transactions, from the export menu on the Transactions page.
- Vault account balances and Deposit addresses, from the export menu on the Vault tab of the Accounts page.
Anyone who can export a report can also schedule it. Scheduled reports use the same filters and file formats as one-time exports.
Create a scheduled report
- Go to the Transactions page, or open the Vault tab on the Accounts page.
- Open the export menu and select Schedule report.
- Enter a Schedule name. Names must be unique in your workspace.
- Under Configure the report, choose the file format and any filters. If you're scheduling from the Vault tab, also choose the report: Vault account balances or Deposit addresses.
- Under Set a schedule, choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, then the day, time, and time zone.
- Under Add recipients, add up to 50 users and user groups.
- Set Schedule state to Active or Inactive, then select Schedule report.
Cadence and timeframe
Daily runs at the time you set. Weekly adds a day of the week. Monthly runs on the first day, the last day, or a specific day from 1 to 28, so the schedule behaves the same in every month.
The Transactions report also has a timeframe: Last day (yesterday), Last week, or Last month. The timeframe can't be longer than the cadence, so a daily schedule uses Last day (yesterday). Vault account balances and Deposit addresses capture a snapshot at run time and have no timeframe.
File format
Choose CSV, which opens in Excel or Google Sheets, or ZIP, which contains the same CSV file compressed for a faster download.
How you receive reports
When a run completes, each recipient receives an email with a download link and an in-app notification that opens the same download. The report is not attached to the email.
Recipients receive reports only while they are active users in your workspace. If the only recipient of a schedule becomes unavailable, the schedule shows "Recipient unavailable," and you need to add an active recipient before turning it on again.
Manage your scheduled reports
Open the export menu on the Transactions page or the Vault tab and select View all scheduled reports. The list shows each schedule with its report, cadence, recipients, and status. From the more actions menu (⋮), you can Edit, Deactivate, Activate, or Delete a schedule.
Edits apply from the next run. Deleting a schedule stops it permanently and can't be undone. You can't change the report type of an existing schedule; create a new one instead.
Limits
- Up to 10 active schedules per workspace. Inactive schedules don't count toward the limit, so deactivate one to activate another.
- Up to 50 recipients per schedule, counting users and user groups together.
- Schedules belong to the workspace where you create them.
- A schedule that was inactive doesn't generate reports for the time it was off. It resumes from the next scheduled run.
