If you’re experiencing slow performance with the Fireblocks Console, this may be due to you having a large number of visible vault accounts or recent transactions, which is interfering with the response time of the platform.

Resolutions

Hide vault accounts

Hide vault accounts from view in your Console to improve loading and response times. We recommend hiding vault accounts in workspaces with thousands or millions of vault accounts that you access via the Fireblocks API.

Filter recent transaction activity

Filter your recent activity panel to hide less valuable transactions. In the recent activity panel, select value and enter a USD value to hide all transactions below that amount.
