Overview
You are a new user in a role that will have signing privileges and you are completing your mobile device setup. Your reach the Creating your signing keys step and receive this error message:
In this case, the user tried to unlink one of their workspaces from their mobile app. However, the linked user was not completely removed and is still present on the mobile device.
Resolution
Follow the steps below to resolve this issue, based on the number of linked users on the device.
If the device has only one linked user (one user enrolled)
- On your device, uninstall the Fireblocks mobile app.
- Reinstall the app.
- Re-enroll your device.
- Follow the instructions in the user setup article to set up your device.
If the device has multiple linked users (multiple users enrolled):
- On your device, remove the user who received the error message.
- Re-enroll that user’s device.
- Follow the instructions in the user setup article to set up their device.
