Overview
You receive the "Operation Failed (52)" error message when trying to complete your Fireblocks mobile app MPC enrollment.
This error can occur when:
- A non-Owner user tries to approve an MPC enrollment request while the associated user's status is Pending MPC Setup By User.
- The Owner tries to approve an MPC enrollment request while the associated user's status is Pending Owner MPC Key Approval.
Resolution
If you receive the error message as a non-Owner, on your Fireblocks mobile app:
- Go to Settings > Linked users, locate the affected user in the related workspace and Remove user by following this article.
- The Owner or an Admin user role initiates the re-enrollment of the user as described here.
Note that the re-enrollment requires the Owner's approval on their mobile app. - Proceed with re-enrolling your mobile device.
If the error is on the Owner's device, deny the pending approval request and submit a request to Fireblocks Support.
