You can set an address whitelist suspension period, also called a cool-off period, from the Fireblocks Console. You no longer need a support ticket to turn it on or change it.
What it does
During the suspension period, transactions cannot be sent to an address you just whitelisted. The default is 0, which means no suspension. That default stays in place until you set a period.
Set the period
Go to Settings > General > Address whitelist suspension. Enter the period in hours or days. Saving the change requires Admin Quorum approval. To turn the suspension off, set the value back to 0.
If a transaction targets an address during its cool-off period, the transaction fails with substatus ADDRESS_WHITELISTING_SUSPENDED.
