Earlier this year, Fireblocks added the ability to select predefined staking destinations when creating Stake TAP rules. This eliminated the need to whitelist individual validator addresses for your rules. Instead, you can select validators from the list of staking destinations in the TAP rule.
As of October 1, 2024 at 1:00pm EST, any TAP rules that use whitelisted addresses as staking destinations will be deprecated. Transactions that match these rules will be blocked by your policy.
To prevent your staking operations from being interrupted, make sure you have Stake TAP rules that include the predefined validators as your destination. Staking rules that include whitelisted addresses will become redundant and ineffective. Fireblocks recommends removing these rules from your TAP.
