We do not always send a Webhook notification for every single progress with the confirmations, due performance optimization. For some blockchains, we only poll the blockchain once every few seconds, which could create a jump in the confirmation numbers. In other blockchains, due to their processing speed, the blockchain infrastructure sends push notifications to our platform for a monitored transaction only once in a few blocks. We recommend you make use of the Confirmation Policy, allowing you to fully control the condition in which a transaction becomes completed (based on the number of blocks, the blockchain, the source, and the destination).
Why don't I get a Webhook notification per every single blockchain confirmation?
