Overview

Internal whitelisted wallets display the balance of all included deposit addresses. These balances are updated after incoming or outgoing transactions are complete. Internal whitelisted addresses are counted toward your billable address quota.

External whitelisted addresses are not included in your address quota, and their balances are not shown. The whitelisted wallet total balance is not shown.

Refreshing whitelisted wallet balances

• Selecting Refresh balance when viewing all whitelisted wallets queries the current status of all internal whitelisted deposit addresses, which can be resource-intensive.
• Selecting Refresh balance when viewing an internal whitelisted wallet queries only the listed deposit address balances, which is faster and more efficient.

Export file type

Whitelisted addresses and their balances can be exported as a CSV file that contains whitelisted wallet details, whitelisted addresses, and whitelisted internal address balances.

How to export whitelisted wallet info

Go to the Whitelisted addresses page and then select Export addresses .
