Fueling transactions you send from Gas Station wallets to your auto-fueling-enabled vault account (AFEVA) are on-chain.

Occasionally, you may initiate a batch of transactions from an AFEVA that passes your gas threshold. In that case, your next transaction can’t be processed until your AFEVA is replenished with the base asset from your Gas Station wallet.

If you try to submit it before then, you will get an INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS_FOR_FEE error.

Resolution

Transaction failure may occur because fueling was triggered, but funds have not arrived in the vault account. Since the transaction is on-chain, its speed depends on the network and other factors. You can increase the Gas Station’s threshold as a workaround to have enough of the base asset to pay fees until the on-chain transaction completes.
