Issue
You received a deposit to an auto-fueling enabled vault account, but your Fireblocks Gas Station did not send any gas.
Resolution
In this case, do the following:
- Verify that the Gas Station's whitelisted wallet has enough of the corresponding base asset to send back to you. If it doesn't, then refuel the Gas Station wallet.
- Check your gasThreshold value and gas cap configuration. You may have gas but it's above the threshold. In this scenario, you'd want to redefine the threshold.
- Verify that autoFuel is set to True on the vault account monitored by the Gas Station. If it isn't, the Gas Station won't automatically top off the vault account.
- Verify that maxGasPrice is not set lower than the current gas price. If it is, due to nonces on ETH blockchains, your transaction will be stuck in the mempool and new transactions will not process until this is resolved. Increase your maxGasPrice value and then contact Fireblocks Support to boost the transaction.
If you continue to have issues after trying the above, then submit a request to Fireblocks Support.
