Overview

The Fireblocks Status page shows up-to-date information on platform issues. Recent updates will provide relevant and fresh information on the status of any system-wide platform issue and the details around it. If you experience issues with Fireblocks, we always recommend starting here.

Navigating to the Status page

In your Fireblocks Console, select Status Page at the bottom of the left panel. Or you can use the links below to view the Status Page for your region’s environment:

• https://eu2.status.fireblocks.com/ (Europe)
• https://eu.status.fireblocks.com/ (Swiss customers only)

Service Statuses

We use the following color codes to indicate service statuses:

• Green: No downtime; fully operational.
• Yellow-Green: Degraded performance; possible delays with the affected platform component.
• Yellow: Up to 30 minutes of downtime; marked as a partial outage when we confirm an ongoing issue with the affected platform component.
• Red: More than 30 minutes of downtime; marked as a major outage when we confirm an ongoing issue with the affected platform component.
• Blue: The platform component is undergoing maintenance.

Uptime History

The Uptime History page contains historical data about the uptime of the Fireblocks platform’s components. Use the drop-down menu to see data about each component.

Incident History

The Incident History page contains historical data about incidents affecting the Fireblocks platform.

Subscribe to Updates

Select Subscribe to Updates at the top of the page, then choose your preferred notification method:

• Email
• Text message
• Slack
• Webhook URL
• Atom Feed or RSS Feed

After you complete the form, you can select the Fireblocks platform components you want to receive updates about so that you only get the updates relevant to you.

If you have already subscribed to updates, you do not need to do anything unless you want to edit your subscription preferences. To edit them, repeat the subscription procedure for your preferred notification method, then save your changes.
