Overview
If you experience errors while using your Fireblocks mobile app, please first ensure that you have a stable connection. The most common first recommended step for a mobile app issue is to check and test adjusting your internet connection.
Try to switch between a WiFi or cellular network depending on how you are currently connected to see which is more stable. Now try to complete your action again in the Fireblocks mobile app.
You are prompted to “Finish App Update”, and then you receive an “Operation Failed” error message while you are trying to update your Fireblocks mobile app:
You got this message because the “Finish App Update” message expired. These messages remain valid for 7 days and then fail if you do not perform the operation in time.
You can see the date and time (see screenshot above) that the message was sent above the “Finish App Update” text.

To resolve this issue, contact Fireblocks Support.
