You may encounter an issue while using the Fireblocks mobile app, such as:
- Registration error
- Password expiration
- Setup loop
- 2FA error
- No QR to scan
Resolution
First make sure you have the latest version of the Fireblocks mobile app installed on your device. To confirm this:
- Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play, then search for the Fireblocks mobile app.
- Make sure you have the latest version installed.
If you have a stable connection and the latest app but still experience any of the issues below, submit a request to Fireblocks Support. For the fastest assistance, we recommend following these guidelines.
Additionally, you may be asked to send your mobile app's logs.
