Issue
Fireblocks allows you to edit and publish your transaction authorization policy (TAP) self-serve. When attempting to publish a TAP change, if you are one of the assigned approvers for a TAP rule, you will receive an approval request in your Fireblocks mobile app for transactions that match the rule.
If you do not receive the approval request on your mobile device as expected, there are several options to troubleshoot the problem.
Resolution
If you have this issue, you can try any of the below solutions or workarounds to resolve it.
- Make sure the Fireblocks app version is up to date.
- You can verify your current app version in your Fireblocks mobile app:
- iOS: Tap Settings > About
- Android: Tap Settings > About
- Compare your current app version to the latest according to the App Store or Google Play Store.

Network issues

Make sure that the network connection is stable. If needed, switch to WiFi or 4G. and then re-open your Fireblocks application and check if the approval request appears.
