Some network configurations and jurisdictions (e.g., Mainland China, Hong Kong) implement firewalls that may block access to the Fireblocks Console, API, or SDKs. Test your connection to the following hostnames to ensure that Fireblocks will perform as expected on your network. A 20X, 30X, 400, or 404 HTTP response code indicates a successful connection.

Resolution

If you cannot connect to one of these hostnames, you may need to configure a virtual private network (VPN) or HTTP proxy to tunnel your connection to Fireblocks to a network where these hostnames are accessible.
