Fireblocks Chrome Extension transactions "Blocked by policy"

Issue description

If you initiate a transaction using the Fireblocks Chrome Extension and the transaction received a Blocked by policy status, the transaction was blocked from being completed due to a Transaction Authorization Policy (TAP) rule.

Resolution

Review the information about using the TAP for DeFi operations, and make any necessary changes to the transaction or your TAP. Then retry the transaction.
