Issue description

If you initiate a transaction using the Fireblocks Chrome Extension and the transaction receives a Blocked by policy status, the transaction was blocked from being completed due to a Policy rule.

Resolution

Review the information about using the Policies for EVM DeFi operations, and make any necessary changes to the transaction or your Policies. Then retry the transaction.
