Issue description
If you initiate a transaction using the Fireblocks Chrome Extension and the transaction appears stuck in the dApp, the extension’s connection to Fireblocks may have timed out.
Resolution
Check the Recent activity panel in the Fireblocks Console. If no transaction was created, try the resolutions below. If neither option solves the issue, contact Fireblocks Support.
Reconnect the extension
- In the Fireblocks Chrome Extension, click your avatar at the top right corner and select Disconnect From Fireblocks Vault.
- Re-connect the extension to your Fireblocks account.
- Connect to the dApp.
- Retry the transaction.
Clear cache and cookies
In some cases, data stored in your browser may interfere with a transaction message being sent to Fireblocks. Try clearing your cache and cookies, and retry the transaction.
