Issue description
This error indicates that your log-in credentials have expired due to a time desynchronization issue on your devices.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, sync the time on your devices. After syncing your devices, confirm the time matches in seconds on both devices and try logging in again.
To sync the time:
- On iOS mobile devices, select Settings > General > Date & Time > Automatically correct time.
- On Mac computers, select System Settings > General > Date & Time > Set time and date automatically.
- On Android mobile devices, select Settings > System > Date & time > Use network provided time.
- On Windows computers, select Settings > Time and Language > Set time automatically.
