To change a user's role (e.g., from Viewer to Signer, or Signer to Admin), delete the user and recreate them with a different role.
Creating and deleting users can affect your Transaction Authorization Policy (TAP) and Admin Quorum, so verify whether they are needed to fulfill any TAP rules or complete the Admin Quorum before making changes.
You can also submit a request to Fireblocks Support. On the form, be sure to select the following:
- Tasks: User Operations
- User Operations: Change user's role
