Overview
The extended public keys to your Vault are available in workspace settings. The extended public keys are associated with your workspace's private keys, which are stored using MPC-CMP encryption.
Public key types
ECDSA Extended Public Key (xPub)
The ECDSA key is associated with all deposit addresses and transactions on Bitcoin, Ethereum, EVM-based blockchains, and any blockchain that does not use EdDSA.
EdDSA Extended Public Key (fPub).
The EdDSA key is associated with Algorand, Cardano, Polkadot, Solana, Stellar, and Tezos deposit addresses and transactions.
Copying extended public keys
Users with access to workspace settings can copy the public keys by following these steps:
- Navigate to Settings
> General.
- Select Unhide
to display the ECDSA (xPub) and EdDSA (fPub) public keys.
- Select Copy
to copy a public key.
Public keys are required for these workspace maintenance tasks:
