Fireblocks now supports the Flare network, with FLR as its native token. You can now securely store FLR and transfer it from your Fireblocks wallet, Fireblocks Network connections, and other venues. The supported canary network is “Songbird”.
Flare is an opt-in EVM chain. In order to gain access to it, submit a ticket to our Customer Support team.
Flare is expected to perform a final airdrop on January 9th, 2023. In case you previously worked with us on enabling this airdrop in your workspace, and had performed the required Ripple transaction, you may be automatically opted-in to this chain. For detailed information see special notes below.

Special notes
- The FLR assets airdrop is expected to occur on January 9th, 2023. The airdrop is conditioned on having performed a particular transaction on the Ripple blockchain in the year 2020.
- We executed that transaction using a specific script that required you to sign the transaction. That script was personally tailored to your profile, using your particular workspaceID and vaultID.
- In order to see the airdropped FLR, add the FLR asset wallet to the particular workspace and vault from which you initiated the original Ripple transaction.
- After adding the FLR asset wallet, refresh your balance via API, or by selecting the refresh button on the top-right corner of your Console.
- If you forget the workspaceID or vaultID you used for the Ripple transaction, contact our Customer Support.
