You can now enter additional details when submitting a Problem support ticket form for issues you experience on Fireblocks.
Upon selecting an Issue, additional options appear for you to further specify the issue you experienced.
You can also use these new fields to describe the issue:
- Where is the issue happening?
- What are you experiencing?
- Fireblocks Transaction ID (only available for transaction issues)
- Workspace Name(s)
Menu options available in fields can vary based on the issue selected.

...opens another menu, where you can specify the action associated with your issue.
Where is the issue happening?
Selecting API...
...opens another menu, where you can specify the relevant SDK that you're using.
What are you experiencing?
Then, you can select the exact issue you experienced.
Workspace name(s)
Enter the name of the workspace or workspaces in which you experienced the issue.

Then, you can select the Fireblocks platform where you experienced the issue.
