Note: As of June 23rd, 2022, Fireblocks supports the Terra 2.0 blockchain and its native LUNA token. If you were eligible for the LUNA airdrop on Terra 2.0, then your airdropped funds are now accessible in Fireblocks.
Overview
On May 25th, 2022, the Terra community approved a proposal to create a new network, known as Terra 2.0, and rename the previous network Terra Classic. The Terra 2.0 network was created on May 27th, 2022.
With the Terra 2.0 blockchain going live, the original LUNA and UST tokens are now renamed LUNC and USTC. Note that Terra 2.0 does not support the algorithmic stablecoin UST.
Additionally, several airdrops were made to some addresses on the Terra 2.0 network on May 27th, based on balances from pre-attack and post-attack dates.
LUNC deposits and withdrawals to or from exchanges remain disabled at this time. However, we are considering reenabling them.
For more information about updates to the Terra ecosystem and further details about airdrops, read the official proposal.
