The Fireblocks mobile app allows you to send logs to Fireblocks Support in the event you experience an issue.
iOS devices
- Open the Fireblocks mobile app.
- Tap Settings in the top right corner.
- On the Settings page, tap Send Logs.
- Enter any relevant notes in the free text field.
- Tap Send. A support ticket is automatically created.
Android devices
- Open the Fireblocks mobile app on your device.
- Tap the menu button in the top right corner.
- Tap Send Logs.
- Select your email app from the device's share menu. An email draft that includes the logs, all relevant device information, and the Fireblocks Support email address is automatically created.
- Send the email to Fireblocks Support.
