Workspace Owners can reset another user's two-factor authentication (2FA) from the Fireblocks Console when the user loses access to their 2FA app. Resetting 2FA does not change the user's login email or password.
Reset another user's 2FA
To reset a user's 2FA:
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to Settings > Users.
- Find the user, then select the more actions menu (⋮) > Reset 2FA.
The user receives an email confirming that their 2FA has been reset. They can then log in to the Fireblocks Console and reconfigure their 2FA app.
Reset the workspace Owner's 2FA
The workspace Owner cannot reset their own 2FA through the Console. To reset the Owner's 2FA, contact Fireblocks Support.
