Overview
The Freeze Workspace feature lets Admin-level users (Owner, Admin, Non-Signing Admin) block all users, including the Owner, from performing any workspace activity by changing everyone's user role to Viewer. However, the workspace will still receive incoming transfers while it's frozen.
You should only freeze the workspace when it faces imminent risk, such as a security breach.
Freezing a workspace
To freeze a workspace:
- Go to Settings > General.
- Scroll down to the Freeze Workspace section and select Freeze Workspace.
Unfreezing a workspace
To unfreeze a workspace, the workspace Owner must submit a request to Fireblocks Support.
