Configuring your HTX/HUOBI account
To configure your HTX/HUOBI account to connect to Fireblocks:
- Refer to the HTX.com API Documentation to learn how to generate an Access key.
- When prompted to do so, name your new Access Key “Fireblocks.”
- After you confirm the validity of your new Access key, copy and keep a record of both the Access Key and Secret Key. You will need them when adding this exchange to your workspace.
- Make sure you enable the following permission settings:
- Withdraw.
- Trade.
- Bind IP address or IP segment (optional): 52.76.208.129.
Configuring Fireblocks
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to Accounts > Exchanges.
- Select + Connect Account.
- Select HTX, select Main Account, and then complete the following fields:
-
- Name on Fireblocks: Enter the name you want to give this exchange account on Fireblocks.
- Access Key: Enter the Access key that you saved from HTX/HUOBI.
- Secret: Enter the Secret key that you saved from HTX/HUOBI.

Note:
The "+ Connect Account" is relevant only if you have an existent exchange account connected to Fireblocks and would like to add another one. If this is your first exchange account connection, add it by selecting "Connect Account" under the Exchanges tab.
The Admin Quorum must approve the new account to make it available for new transfers from your workspace.
Your HTX/HUOBI account appears on the Exchanges page along with all managed assets and their balances. Following Admin Quorum approval, transfers are available from your vault accounts, whitelisted addresses, Fireblocks Network connections, and other connected exchange accounts to your HTX/HUOBI account.
Enabling withdrawals from HTX/HUOBI
To enable exchange account withdrawals, see this procedure.
Enabling deposits to HTX/HUOBI
Make sure to generate a new address for each asset type on HTX/HUOBI to enable deposits from your vault account to HTX/HUOBI.
Depositing to a new HTX/HUOBI address
An HTX/HUOBI wallet that has never been used before requires a manual transfer (from any address in your vault) of any amount of the asset to initiate its use with Fireblocks. All following transfers from Fireblocks may be performed using the Exchange API Connection or the Fireblocks Console. This is due to HTX/HUOBI Exchange API’s limitation in identifying deposit addresses.
HTX/HUOBI sub-accounts
Fireblocks supports HTX/HUOBI sub-accounts via exchange connectivity. Connect the exchange, and rebalance securely between your exchange's main account and sub-accounts on Fireblocks. You can add the sub-account like any other HTX/HUOBI account.
Important
- If you already have an HTX/HUOBI sub-account connected to this workspace, you must remove it and then reconnect it. You must enable trading permission on the Main account API. Changes in the policy might be needed to support Sub-accounts transfers.
Configuring your HTX/HUOBI sub-accounts
To configure your HTX/HUOBI sub-account to connect to Fireblocks:
- Refer to the HTX.com API Documentation for instructions on how to create a sub-account.
- Copy and keep record of the UID for the sub-account. You will need it when adding this exchange to your workspace.
- When prompted to do so, in the Notes field enter the name “Fireblocks.”
