The AML integration is a premium feature that requires an additional purchase. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you do not have an agreement with an AML provider or you need help enabling the feature.
View frozen asset balances
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to the Accounts or Assets page.
- Find the vault account containing the frozen asset, and then hover over the frozen icon to view the frozen asset balance.
- Alternatively, you can view the current page's total frozen asset balance on the right.
View AML info in your Transaction History
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to the Transaction History page.
- Find the transaction and expand its details to view its AML information.
Export AML info from your Transaction History
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to the Transaction History page.
- Select Download Log to download a CSV file containing your transaction history.
- Open the CSV file in your spreadsheet software and filter by the transaction hash or address.
View transactions with frozen assets by filtering
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to the Transaction History page.
- Select Filters.
- Under the Destination heading, select Vault.
- In the Status field, enter Rejected.
- Select Filter transactions.
- Expand the details of each transaction to view its AML information.
View rejected outgoing transactions by filtering
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to the Transaction History page.
- Select Filters.
- Under the Source heading, select Vault.
- In the Status field, enter Rejected.
- Select Filter transactions.
- Expand the details of each transaction to view its AML information.
View a transaction's AML screening status
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to the Transaction History page.
- Find the transaction and expand its details. The transaction's current AML screening status is shown in the AML Results field.
Link to your AML provider
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to the Transaction History page.
- Find the transaction and expand its details.
- Next to the AML Results field, select Link

This operation is not available for transactions that have failed the transaction screening process or outgoing transactions that have been rejected by your AML provider or canceled.
Rescreen an incoming transaction
Rescreening a transaction resubmits its details to your AML provider. Your AML provider then reviews the details and returns an updated verdict. This is available for incoming transactions with any vault account in your workspace as a destination.
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to the Transaction History page.
- Find the incoming transaction and expand its details.
- Next to the AML Results field, select Rescreen Transaction.
- Select Submit on the confirmation dialog.
Note
You can only rescreen incoming transactions that have failed the transaction screening process or have been rejected by your AML provider. If the transaction is frozen or bypasses failure for any reason, it can’t be rescreened. Outgoing transactions can't be rescreened.
Send a rejected outgoing transaction
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to the Transaction History page.
- Find the transaction and expand its details.
- Next to the AML Results field, select Bypass AML Policy.
- Select Submit on the confirmation dialog.

Only Owners and Admins can send outgoing transactions that have been rejected by your AML provider.Unfreeze funds in a rejected incoming transaction
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to the Transaction History page.
- Find the transaction and expand its details.
- Next to the AML Results field, select Bypass/Unfreeze Funds.
- Select Submit on the confirmation dialog.
Only transactions automatically frozen by your AML, Travel Rule, or Auto Freeze policies can be unfrozen using the Console. You can also unfreeze funds using the Fireblocks API's Unfreeze a transaction endpoint.
Transactions manually frozen via the API cannot be unfrozen using the Console. They must be unfrozen via the API.
Note
Only Owners, Admins, and Non-Signing Admins can unfreeze funds for incoming transactions that have failed the transaction screening process or have been rejected by your AML provider.
View the reason a transaction bypassed screening
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to the Transaction History page.
- Find the transaction and expand its details.
- Next to the AML Results field, hover over the Bypassed text to view the bypass reason.
Receive notifications about AML events in your workspace
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to Settings > Notifications.
- Select the channel (email, Slack, or webhook) from which you want to receive notifications.
- In the Enable column, toggle on AML events.

View AML events in your workspace
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to Settings > Audit Log.
- Select Filter on the Event column, then enter AML in the Filter by field.
- Select Filter.

Export a list of AML events from your workspace
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to Settings > Audit Log.
- If necessary, filter the Audit Log by AML events.
- Select Download > Download CSV.

View AML results on the Fireblocks mobile app for signing
- On your mobile device, the notification shows the transaction's source, the asset, the amount being transferred, the transaction's destination, and the risk score determined by your AML provider (e.g., "AML Risk: 10" or "AML Risk: High").
- Tap the transaction's destination to view additional transaction details, including additional AML information.
