This article only applies to users who log in to Fireblocks using their email and password.
Use Google or Microsoft SSO? Contact your workspace Owner and ask them to reset your 2FA.
If you forgot your Fireblocks password, select Forgot password? on the login screen and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password via email.
If you forgot the email address you use to log in to Fireblocks, contact an Admin in your workspace or submit a request to Fireblocks Support. If you cannot access the original email address, the Owner's approval is required.
