Reset your Fireblocks password from the login screen if you forgot it. If you forgot the email address you use to log in, contact an Admin in your workspace or Fireblocks Support to recover it.
Important: If you sign in to Fireblocks using Google or Microsoft SSO, your password is managed by your SSO provider, not Fireblocks. If you've lost access to Fireblocks, contact your workspace Owner to request a 2FA reset.
Reset your password
On the Fireblocks Console login screen, select Forgot password? and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password via email.
Recover your login email
If you forgot the email address you use to log in to Fireblocks, contact an Admin in your workspace or submit a request to Fireblocks Support.
If you cannot access the original email address, Fireblocks Support requires the workspace Owner's approval to recover your login.
