When you use a direct access (DeFi) provider through Fireblocks, additional terms apply. This article explains what you are agreeing to and where to find each provider's terms.
What you are agreeing to
Fireblocks (or its Affiliates) may provide Clients and/or their Users the ability to access functionality and/or services which are provided by one or more Third Party Service providers. In doing so, the Fireblocks https://www.fireblocks.com/product-specific-terms apply, particularly the section on Third Party Services. Such Third Party Services are made available to the Clients and their Users for their convenience only, and the availability of these Third Party Services does not in any way constitute an endorsement or recommendation of them by Fireblocks or its Affiliates. Capitalized terms used in this document have the applicable meanings ascribed to them in the https://www.fireblocks.com/product-specific-terms and the Agreement they refer to.
Third Party Services may provide access to services and assets that have high risks of illiquidity, devaluation, lockup, or loss. It is your responsibility to ensure that you fully understand and accept the nature of the services being provided by any Third Party Service provider, including the financial risks that you may be exposed to as a result of using such Third Party Service. In accessing, transacting on or with, and/or making use of, Third Party Services, you understand and agree that the terms and conditions of the relevant Third Party Service provider (and in some cases, multiple Third Party Service providers, such as where you may access one Third Party Service provide via another) will also apply to you.
