Overview

These substatuses apply to transactions in the Cancelled primary status. They indicate who or what canceled the transaction.

3RD_PARTY_CANCELLED

The 3RD_PARTY_CANCELLED substatus indicates the transaction was canceled by a third party, such as an exchange.

3RD_PARTY_REJECTED

The 3RD_PARTY_REJECTED substatus indicates the transaction was rejected by a third party, such as an exchange, or was not approved in time by the user.

CANCELLED_BY_USER

The CANCELLED_BY_USER substatus indicates the transaction was canceled using the Fireblocks Console or the Fireblocks API. The API Co-signer may also have canceled the transaction.

CANCELLED_BY_USER_REQUEST

The CANCELLED_BY_USER_REQUEST substatus indicates the transaction was canceled by a user in your workspace who contacted Fireblocks Support.

REJECTED_BY_USER

The REJECTED_BY_USER substatus indicates the transaction was rejected by one of its signers using the Fireblocks mobile app. The API Co-signer may also have rejected the transaction.
