Overview
When viewing assets in a connected account, some assets may appear with an Unmapped or Unsupported badge. These labels indicate two distinct states that affect what you can do with that asset in Fireblocks.
Asset states
Unmapped assets
An Unmapped asset is available on the connected provider but has not yet been mapped to Fireblocks. Until the mapping is added, deposits and withdrawals for that asset are not available through Fireblocks.
You can submit a mapping request directly from the Fireblocks Console. Once Fireblocks processes the request, the asset becomes available for deposits and withdrawals.
Unsupported assets
An Unsupported asset is available on the connected provider but is not currently supported by Fireblocks. Deposits and withdrawals are not available for unsupported assets, and mapping cannot be requested.
Request mapping for an unmapped asset
If an asset is labeled Unmapped, you can request for its mapping by Fireblocks.
- In your Console, navigate to Accounts and open the relevant connected account.
- Locate the asset displaying the Unmapped badge.
- Hover over the badge to open the asset details tooltip.
- Select Request mapping.
- Complete and submit the support ticket form in the Fireblocks Console.
Fireblocks reviews all mapping requests and will notify you once the mapping is complete.
Note:
The Request mapping option only appears for assets in the Unmapped state. Assets labeled Unsupported cannot be mapped at this time.
