Home page layout
Workspace selection
At the top of the home page, you can filter requests by workspace:
Default view: "All Workspaces" shows requests from all your tenants
Switch workspaces: Tap the workspace selector to view requests for a specific tenant
Your selection persists as you navigate the app.
Request queues
Your requests are organized into two distinct queues:
Transactions: all transaction signing and approval requests (transfers, trades, swaps, and other financial operations)
Configuration: Administrative requests (user management, policy changes, workspace configuration)
Each queue is visually differentiated with its own color scheme and displays a count of pending requests.
Understanding request cards
Each request card displays essential information designed to help you quickly assess pending requests, including the operation type, workspace, initiator, and timestamp. Additional details like USD value, assets, and risk indicators appear when applicable.
Request ordering
Requests are sorted by initiation time, with the newest appearing first.
Taking action on requests
To review and act on a request:
Tap any request card to view full details, and review the information.
Tap Approve or Reject.
Complete authentication (PIN and/or biometric data).
Note:
Risk-flagged requests require additional confirmation before approval.
Workspace filtering
Filter your view to focus on specific workspaces:
Tap the workspace selector at the top of the screen.
Select a specific workspace or choose "All Workspaces".
The request list updates to show only requests from the selected workspace(s).
Your filter selection persists as you navigate the app, making it easy to work within one tenant at a time.
Queue filtering
Find specific requests quickly using queue filters:
Available filters
Apply filters to narrow your request list:
Initiated by me: show only requests you created
Requires my approval: show requests waiting for your action
Signing requests: show only requests requiring signature
Active filter indicators show which filters are currently applied and how many total filters are active.
Using filters
Tap the filter icon or option.
Select the filters you want to apply.
View the filtered request list.
Tap Clear all to remove all active filters and return to the full request list.
Expired requests
Expired requests are automatically removed by the system. No action is required on your part.
Settings and navigation
Access your current features from the home page:
Settings menu: same functionality as in the previous experience
QR code scanner: quick access to scan QR codes for various operations
Menu options: all previous menu items remain accessible
Troubleshooting
I do not see the new home page
The new experience must be enabled for at least one workspace on your device. Contact your workspace owner to access the new home page.
Request cards are missing information
Some information only appears when applicable (USD value, expiration, etc.). If critical information seems missing, open the request details for a complete view.
My filters are not working
Make sure applied the filters correctly. If issues persist, try clearing all filters using the Clear all button and reapplying them.
Requests are not updating in real-time
Pull down on the request list to refresh and fetch the latest updates.
Best practices
Use workspace filtering: when working on requests for a specific tenant, filter by that workspace for a cleaner view.
Apply queue filters: save time by filtering to Initiated by me or Requires my approval.
Review risk indicators: pay special attention to requests flagged for risk review.
Understand queue organization: use the Transactions queue for financial operations and THE Configuration queue for administrative tasks.
