Overview

Alfred provides digital asset onramp and offramp services for both first-party and third-party payments. Connect your Alfred account to your Fireblocks workspace to buy or sell digital assets in exchange for fiat currency. Alfred provides all rates and trading pairs. Some currencies are limited by geographic location. See the Alfred Pay documentation for supported assets and currencies.

Configuring your Alfred account

Configure your Alfred account to connect to Fireblocks:

To request an API key and API secret, email Alfred support: Soporte@alfredpay.io and cc: victor@alfredpay.io, francisco@alfredpay.io, luismiller@alfredpay.io
Keep a record of both the API Key and API Secret. You'll need them when adding this account to your workspace.

Configuring Fireblocks

In the Fireblocks Console, go to Accounts > Connected accounts.
Select + Connect Account.
Select Alfred, and then complete the following fields:
1. Name on Fireblocks: Enter the name you want to give this account on Fireblocks.
2. API Key: Enter the API key that you received from Alfred.
3. API Secret: Enter the API Secret that you received from Alfred.
Select Connect Account.

The Admin Quorum must approve the new account to make it available for new orders from your workspace.

Your Alfred account appears on the connected accounts page. Following Admin Quorum approval, you will be able to view available assets and rates, and place onramp and offramp orders.

Onramp - Transferring fiat currency to Alfred

Transferring fiat to Alfred requires a transfer sent from outside your Fireblocks workspace. Alfred can deliver your selected stablecoins to your Fireblocks workspace once Alfred registers the fiat transfer.

Offramp

Alfred supports first-party and third-party payments. Offramp orders allow you to buy fiat assets with stablecoins and transfer the fiat assets directly to a bank account.
