TAC is a purpose-built blockchain for the EVM dApps, designed to access TON and Telegram Ecosystem’s billion user base. It operates as a Layer 1 chain built on CosmosEVM (evmOS), secured by dPoS with an additional layer of security provided by Babylon Bitcoin Staking protocol. Interoperability with TON is provided by the novel TON Adapter, implementing a cross-chain framework, letting EVM dApps go hybrid: on-chain logic on the EVM layer, frontend on TON.
