Important
The article is accessible to you as part of our New Policy Engine, which replaces the Transaction Authorization Policy (TAP). We are currently still updating the relevant documentation in the Help Center to reflect the recent changes to our New Policy Engine.
Overview
When you draft Policy rules, view your active policy, or when Admins review policy changes, you may see error messages related to issues with your policy rules. The error message appears above the Policy Editor's rule list.
Error messages
An error message means you must fix one or more parameter fields for a policy to be valid. Clicking on the error message displays which policy rule index numbers have an error.
If you’re in Edit Mode, you can’t submit your request until you resolve all errors.
Clearing errors
You can clear errors in two ways:
- In the Fireblocks Console, go to Settings > Users and adjust any impacted groups or users' roles.
- Use the Policy Editor to change the impacted rule's users, groups, or thresholds.
After you make your changes, use Edit Mode to verify whether the errors were cleared.
