Issue

Due to Google’s deprecation of their mobile app attestation mechanism, SafetyNet Attestation API, and its replacement with a newer service called Play Integrity, we were required to push an updated version of our mobile app to all users in order for it to continue working as usual. If your Fireblocks mobile app is currently lower than version 2.8.0, it means the push failed, and your app does not work.

Resolution

In order to resolve this issue you must go into the Google app store and download and install the newest version of the Fireblocks app. For any additional questions, reach out to your Customer Success manager.
