Important
Fireblocks employees will never ask you for your password or two-factor authentication codes, or request remote access to your computer. If you're asked to provide any of this, please be sure the email didn't come from Fireblocks.
How do I know it's really from you?
Emails from Fireblocks and its employees will always have the fireblocks.com or fireblocks.io domain name at the end of the sender's address. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- support@fireblocks.com (or support@fireblocks.io)
- product_updates@fireblocks.com
- support_maintenance@fireblocks.com
- dealhelp@fireblocks.com
- developers@fireblocks.com
- csm@fireblocks.com
- info@fireblocks.com
Regardless of the email's source, we cryptographically sign all our emails using DKIM and protect our domains against unsigned emails with DMARC.
We will never contact you or make requests via social media. We communicate with customers only via email, support tickets, and Slack.
What do I do if I receive a suspicious email?
If you receive an email from a sender pretending to be Fireblocks or a Fireblocks employee, do one of the following:
- Forward a copy of the email to security@fireblocks.com
- Contact your Customer Success Manager and attach a copy of the email
- Contact Fireblocks Support and attach a copy of the email
