Note
The Fireblocks Gasless Service is a premium feature that requires additional purchase. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you're interested in this feature.
Overview
Any workspace can be configured to provide gasless relay services. Such dependent workspaces may belong to you or other Fireblocks customers you have agreed to provide with relay services. Relay workspaces must be configured to use an API Co-Signer.
Configuring a workspace as a gasless relay provider
Fireblocks customers may contact you to request relay services. Once you have agreed to provide this service, Fireblocks Support connects your relay workspace to the customer’s gasless-dependent workspaces. All dependent workspaces appear in your gasless transaction relay settings panel, as described below.
To configure gasless relay service settings:
- In your Console, navigate to Settings > General > Gasless transactions relaying, then select Activate.
- Once the Activate gasless transaction relaying? modal pops up, select the I understand and want to continue checkbox, then select Activate.
- Once done, the following screen appears:
TAP rules for gasless relay operations
Relay workspaces must create a TAP rule that allows transactions initiated as “gasless” and designates an API Co-Signer as the signer for all gasless transactions.
Configuring the TAP to enable the Gasless-Orchestrator to initiate transactions:
Enable gasless relay services for each dependent workspace
Select the vault account in your workspace that will be assigned to each dependent workspace. You can use a single vault account for all dependent workspaces or separate vault accounts according to your preferences.
Activating a gasless-dependent workspace
Once Fireblocks Support connects your relay workspace to a new gasless-dependent workspace, this workspace will appear in your relay settings panel and allow you to pick a vault account from which to service this workspace. You may serve many dependents from a single vault account or create a vault account for each.
Disabling gasless relay services
You can suspend services by toggling off “relay services”, or toggling on/off support on the dependent workspace level:
Selecting Deactivate presents you with the following screen:
Gasless relay service reports
All gasless relay transactions serviced by your workspace are reported with all relevant details. You can produce reports for each dependent workspace for invoicing and accounting purposes.
To download a transaction report for a specific workspace:
- On the General settings page, go to Gasless Configuration.
- Find the workspace for which you want to produce a transaction report.
- Select Download from the transaction list column to save a CSV file.
