Overview

The gasless relay is the internal vault account or external third-party service that provides transaction fees for all gasless transactions. You must configure one of these options to use the gasless service. This article describes setting up the Fireblocks gasless service in any workspace.

Configuring a third-party relay requires you to purchase access.

Configuring a third-party relay consumer

1. Navigate to Settings > General > Gasless transactions fueling and then select Configure.
2. Select 3rd-party relay.
3. Select Contact support to change relay.
4. Complete the request form including the third-party workspace you have chosen.
5. Fireblocks Support will respond to this request, validate the third-party relay, and connect your workspaces. Once the third-party relay admin confirms the connection, your relay will activate and you will receive a notification. The available connection statuses for a third-party relay are:
   • Requested: Your relay request has been received but needs approval.
   • Approved: Fireblocks Support and the third party approved your relay request.
   • Active: Your relay service is active.
   • Inactive: You or your service provider canceled the relay service. You may change relay services at any time.
6. Once gasless transactions are configured with a relay, select your preferences for both vaults and EW:
   • On by default: Gasless transactions are enabled when available but may be disabled per transaction.
   • Off by default: Gasless transactions are disabled but may be enabled per transaction.
   • Forbidden: Gasless transactions are disabled.
