Issue
When attempting to transact with the ERC-404 token PANDORA, it is possible that your transactions get stuck in "confirming" status or do not show in your account.
Note:
The ERC-404 token standard, which includes PANDORA, is still experimental and not fully supported on our platform.
Resolution
To effectively manage transactions and storage of PANDORA tokens, follow the guidelines below.
Stuck transactions
- Visit Etherscan to verify that the transaction has received sufficient confirmations.
- In your Console, manually mark the transaction as completed.
Receiving tokens
- Manually add the PANDORA token to your wallet.
- Refresh your account balance to reflect the newly added tokens.
Note:
Incoming transactions will not appear in your Console. Therefore, the best way to track them is via Etherscan.
Storing tokens
PANDORA tokens can be securely stored in your wallet. However, as ERC-404 is an experimental token standard, we recommend exercising caution. While our platform incorporates robust security measures, support for experimental tokens like PANDORA is still evolving. We encourage you to stay informed and be mindful of the unique nature of these tokens.
