In the Fireblocks Console, you can view and monitor account-level usage across all your workspaces, including billable quota consumption and usage details. On the Account page, you can view all your assets under custody (AUC) and transaction volume information in one place. The Account page displays data for all workspaces, and you can also view specific details for each workspace individually.
Accessing your account usage data
To view your account usage data, select Workspace > Manage account at the top of the Console. Access to this data is limited to the Owner, Admin, and Non-Signing Admin roles.
Viewing your account data
Under the Usage section, you will see several categories based on your current subscription. Each category is expandable. When you select a category, it shows accumulated data for each of your workspaces separately. To learn more about a category, select the tooltip next to it.
The Account page includes the following:
- At the top of the page: your upcoming payment date and billing frequency.
- In the Plan section (top left): select Upgrade to switch to a more advanced package.
- To the right of the Plan section: select Contact us to reach out with questions about your account usage.
- In the Usage section: select a category to expand it and view accumulated data per workspace. Select How is usage calculated? for an explanation of your billing calculation.
