Issue description
It’s possible you encounter issues when scanning a QR code using your Fireblocks mobile app. This issue can occur during the user setup process, WalletConnect connections, or any other operation involving a QR code.
Resolution
Some Android mobile devices are unable to scan QR codes on a dark browser or screen. Try the resolutions below before attempting to rescan the code.
- Make sure the browser or screen with the QR code is not in dark mode.
- If the QR code displays on a naturally dark background, brighten your device’s screen as much as possible.
