Issue description
This error can sometimes occur when connecting your workspace to a decentralized application (dApp) using WalletConnect. After disconnecting a vault account from the dApp and scanning the QR code to connect using a different vault account, WalletConnect still connects to the previously used vault account.
Resolution
You can resolve this issue by using your browser's incognito mode or by clearing your browser's cookie cache.
