User Permissions for Smart Transfers

Overview

When using the Smart Transfers feature, some roles come with particular limitations, allowing them to perform only certain operations. Note that in this context, the Create ticket operation includes several additional functions, such as creating a term, submitting a ticket, deleting a term, setting ticket expiration, and setting an external ID.

Owner

  • Create ticket: YES
  • Fund ticket: YES
  • Cancel ticket: YES
  • View Smart transfer: YES

Admin

  • Create ticket: YES
  • Fund ticket: YES
  • Cancel ticket: YES
  • View Smart transfer: YES

Non-signing admin

  • Create ticket: YES
  • Fund ticket: YES
  • Cancel ticket: YES
  • View Smart transfer: YES

Signer

  • Create ticket: YES
  • Fund ticket: YES
  • Cancel ticket: YES
  • View Smart transfer: YES

Approver

  • Create ticket: NO
  • Fund ticket: NO
  • Cancel ticket: YES
  • View Smart transfer: YES

Editor

  • Create ticket: Only if a designated signer exists
  • Fund ticket: Only if a designated signer exists
  • Cancel ticket: YES
  • View Smart transfer: YES

Viewer

  • Create ticket: NO
  • Fund ticket: NO
  • Cancel ticket: NO
  • View Smart transfer: YES
