You can cancel any Smart Transfer ticket using the Console or the API, including if an intermediary created the ticket. You can cancel a pending ticket in the following scenarios:
- If you or your connection has not funded the ticket, either of you can cancel it.
- If you or your connection has funded it, only the funding party can cancel it. If only one party funded the ticket, canceling it will NOT return any funds.
Note
To cancel the ticket in the Console, the issuing party needs to select Cancel, whereas the receiving party needs to select Reject.
To cancel a ticket:
- Go to Fireblocks Network > Smart Transfers > Active tickets.
- Select the Smart Transfer ticket you wish to cancel.
- Select Cancel ticket on the upper-right side of the dialog window.
