Overview
Since you can't delete vault accounts, archiving them is one of the methods you can use to manage your Vault. We recommend using this method when your workspace has less than 100 vault accounts that are accessed primarily via the Fireblocks Console.
Important
- Archived vault accounts can always receive incoming transactions, and receiving an incoming transaction will automatically unarchive the account.
- You cannot select an archived vault account as a transaction's source or destination in the Fireblocks Console. However, they are always available via the Fireblocks API.
- Archived vault accounts are not included in your Vault's balance chart.
- Transactions using archived vault accounts still appear in your Transaction History.
- You cannot archive vault accounts linked to Fireblocks Network connections.
